Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review the details below for our returns policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different than described.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/color preference, or items worn and washed.
- To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
- After approval, items must be returned within 7 days in their original condition, unworn and with all tags intact.
2. How to Request a Return
- Email our support team at support@yourstore.com with your order number, photos of the item (if defective or damaged), and a short description of the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a return label (at our cost for approved defects/damages) or instructions to return the item at your cost (for other cases).
- Approved returns are processed within 10 business days after we receive the item.
3. Refunds & Store Credit
- For defective or damaged items, we issue a full refund or store credit.
- Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.
- Change-of-mind returns (if accepted) may incur a restocking or shipping deduction.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover shipping costs.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs or duty fees.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Garments worn, washed, altered, or without original tags.
- Sale items marked “final sale.”
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective or misprinted).
6. Inspection & Condition
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions aren’t met.
7. International Returns
Customers outside our main shipping region can return items, but you’re responsible for all duties, taxes, or customs fees. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
