1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next business day.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
2. Delivery Times

- North America: 7–15 business days
- Asia & Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days

3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and total order weight.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order amounts (check our banner for current offers).
4. Tracking Your Order
- When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
- If tracking stops updating for more than 5 business days, contact our support team.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs or import fees, which vary by country.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
6. Incorrect Address or Lost Packages
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If your package is lost in transit, email us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.
7. Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, some orders may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.
